Astrocartography Reflections: My Discovery of the Asteroid Goddesses in Sweden

Earlier this spring, I travelled to Stockholm—a city I’ve long been enchanted by. From IKEA to salty liquorice, Viking lore to dreamy red cabins and saunas, Swedish culture has always held a special place in my heart. And, as an astrologer, I had a hunch there was a cosmic reason why.
As someone who works deeply with astrocartography, I knew that my Jupiter Descendant line ran through Stockholm. Last year, when I travelled to Poland, I experienced this Jupiter DC energy for the first time (you can read more about that here).
Stockholm, as it turns out, is the closest I can get to this particular Jupiterian magic. If you’ve followed my journey on social media, you know it wasn’t easy to get there—delays, interruptions, life being life. But I finally made it this year, and had so many aha! moments that I felt called to share a bit of the story here.
Most new clients ask me, “Where’s my Jupiter line?” when they first look into their astrocartography map. Social media often proclaims that Jupiter lines are always about luck, abundance, and expansion. And while that can absolutely be true, Jupiter is a magnifier—whatever it touches, it expands.
So if you naturally lean toward drama, indulgence, or grandiosity, Jupiter might dial that up too. In my natal chart, Jupiter isn’t a major player. Its blessings tend to show up most clearly in close, 1:1 relationships, since it’s placed in my 7th house. That’s why I had a strong feeling Stockholm would activate joyful, expansive energy in my relationships—and it did.
But after completing an advanced training on the asteroid goddesses with Ariel Guttman, I discovered a deeper layer: my Pallas Descendant asteroid line also runs nearby Stockholm too.
This insight changed the flavour of the city for me completely.

Jupiter Magnifies, and Pallas Reveals Wisdom
Pallas in astrology represents strategic intelligence, wisdom, and how we naturally protect and defend ourselves/others. With my Pallas in Libra and a chart full of air placements, I’ve always had a natural ability to spot injustice, zoom out to see the bigger picture, and advocate for others. But when it comes to voicing my own needs? I’ve often held back.
In Stockholm, I found myself stretched not just relationally—but mentally, emotionally, and strategically. That’s Jupiter magnifying Pallas.t when we layer in the relocated chart and current transits, the full story starts to unfold.
I was there to visit a beloved Libra astro-friend, whose presence gave me the space to process some big thoughts and long-held feelings. Her natural abundance, warmth and hospitality (she has Jupiter conjunct her Sun) helped me feel at home, which in turn allowed clarity Pallas was after to fully emerge.
My experience was expansive (thanks, Jupiter), strategic and illuminating (thank you, Pallas), and also chaotic, healing, and deeply transformative… which brings us to Chiron.
Don’t Forget: Relocated Charts + Transits Matter Too
Why mention Chiron? Because in my relocated chart, Chiron moved to my Ascendant. That placement had a strong influence on my experience in Stockholm.
It’s a potent reminder that planetary lines alone don’t tell the whole story. We also need to look at your relocated chart—how your planets shift when you’re in a different place—and the transits happening at the time of travel.
In my case, transiting Chiron in Aries had just moved into my 1st house, and at the exact moment I landed in Stockholm, the Sun in Taurus conjoined my natal Chiron. All of this brought a surge of self-reflection. I was faced with my core wounds—visibly, vulnerably, honestly.
So while Jupiter and Pallas shaped the visible landscape, Chiron was working quietly beneath the surface, asking for integration and healing.

This trip reminded me of something I always tell my clients: astrocartography is just one piece of the map. The asteroid goddesses, your relocated chart, and current planetary transits all contribute to your lived experience in a place.
Including the goddesses—Vesta, Pallas, Juno, and Ceres—has brought a deeper richness and resonance to my own understanding of my own chart. I cannot wait to explore this more with my clients.
Beyond planets and points, the goddess asteroids bring your chart to life in new ways—are you ready to meet them?
You can now book a dedicated asteroid session—natal or astrocartography—designed to help you explore these overlooked parts of your story.
With love—and lycka till (good luck),
Meg
